PDM will accept any product back within 30 days from shipment and provided it is not
damaged, soiled, or written on and can be resold.
Returned products will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Defective items will not be charged a restocking fee.
Customized covers or printings are not refundable
as we cannot re-sell them!!!
Refunds will be given after product has been received
and inspected.
PDM is not responsible for payment of return
shipping on returned items.
If a refund is not given, the Customer will be notified
in writing as to why a refund was not granted along with the reason as to why
the claim was rejected.
This return policy is subject to change.
This return policy is in effect as of
