Personal Data Managers was founded in
September 2004 in Folsom, California by Mike & Janene Huber.
Mike has over 20 years in Quality
Assurance experience, and has worked as a Senior Quality
Engineer, Quality Auditor, ISO Coordinator, Quality Manager,
Quality Administrator, and Quality System Designer.
During his career, he had experienced
several layoffs and had attended several classes on interview
techniques and interview preparedness.
He used to have a file folder that he
carried with him to interviews with copies of resumes and
employment applications that he had completed over the years.
This aided him in filling out job
applications, but it was time consuming, disorganized, and did
not present a very professional image while sitting in the
employer's office.
He also had a file folder of interview
questions that he was given during his classes. He used
these to prepare response to questions he may be asked in an
interview.
Looking back, Mike felt that he needed a way to improve
his responses to common interview questions that could make or break the
interview. Since interview questions usually require a
quick response, giving the wrong answer might mean losing the
job.
However, with defense cuts starting to
occur in the early 90's and layoffs beginning shortly there
after, he started to develop some of the products you'll see on
our web site today.
Janene started her entrepreneurship about
six years ago with Tupperware. She really liked the
product and was a natural at customer service. She soon
developed a loyal bunch of customers and after a few years
became a manager of a small sales unit. From Tupperware,
she sprang into Partylite Candles where she still sells
candles and does parties today. She brings to Personal
Data Managers a strong financial background, strong leadership,
and an insight into what our customers want and demand.
Personal Data Managers is a company on the
cutting edge of personal data management and we hope to expand
our product line and services by adding staff soon.
